We are happy to honor tax exemptions, provided the exemption is issued by the State of Illinois. To apply the exemption, simply submit your certificate. Please note, this applies only to events hosted by the organization listed on the tax-exempt certificate.

Outside food and beverages may be allowed with prior approval from the selected venue. Additional fees may apply, which could be per item or per person. For any alcoholic beverages brought in, a corkage fee will be charged, where permitted by law. Please note, outside bottles cannot include brands the venue currently carries. For desserts, a per-person fee will apply. Kindly check with our Events Department for specific guidelines.

Yes, green rooms are available and included as part of your rental agreement.

Due to back-to-back event bookings, we typically require all deliveries and pickups to be done on the same day as the event. However, we can occasionally accommodate early drop-offs or late pickups on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with our team for specific arrangements.

We accept all major credit cards. A valid credit card is required to be on file for all event bookings.
